12. Accessibility Statement
Happy Homeschoolers™ is committed to making its digital information and services usable by people with disabilities and to improving accessibility over time. We aim to use readable structure, meaningful headings, sufficient contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, descriptive link text, and alternative text for important images where reasonably feasible.
Some content, documents, embedded tools, and third-party websites are created or controlled by others and may not meet the same accessibility goals. Members submitting content are encouraged to use accessible formats and provide alternatives when possible.
To report an accessibility barrier or request information in another reasonable format, contact customerservice@happyhomeschoolersapp.com and describe the page, feature, document, or content involved. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and provide an appropriate alternative.
13. Legal, Educational, Medical, Therapeutic, Tax & Earnings Disclaimers
13.1 Homeschool Law and Legal Information
Homeschool laws, forms, deadlines, testing rules, attendance requirements, and agency practices vary by jurisdiction and may change. Platform information is general educational information, not legal advice. Families are responsible for confirming current requirements with official agencies or qualified legal counsel.
13.2 Educational Information
Resources, quizzes, learning-style information, lesson ideas, planning tools, and provider listings do not guarantee academic progress, readiness, grades, test scores, admissions, compliance, or a particular educational outcome. Parents remain responsible for educational decisions and legally required records.
13.3 Medical, Psychological, Speech, and Therapeutic Information
The Platform does not provide medical, psychological, speech-language, occupational-therapy, behavioral-health, or other clinical diagnosis or treatment. Content and listings do not replace evaluation or care from a properly licensed professional. In an emergency, contact appropriate emergency services.
13.4 AI-Generated Content
Some tools or resources may use artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable. Users must review, verify, adapt, and supervise all AI-generated material before relying on it, especially for legal compliance, child safety, health, or educational decisions.
13.5 Business and Earnings Disclaimer
Happy Homeschoolers™ does not guarantee income, profit, leads, referrals, enrollment, customers, sales, attendance, newsletter exposure, search ranking, or business success. Business results depend on factors outside our control, including quality, demand, pricing, marketing, location, compliance, and provider effort.
13.6 Tax and Nonprofit Disclaimer
Happy Homeschoolers™ does not provide tax advice. Membership fees, purchases, sponsorships, advertising fees, and donations are different transactions. No payment should be treated as tax deductible unless the payee expressly confirms that it qualifies and provides appropriate documentation. Independent providers are responsible for their own tax obligations.
13.7 Third-Party Information
We may summarize or link to information from public agencies, organizations, providers, or third parties. We do not guarantee that third-party information remains current, complete, or accurate. Users should consult original and official sources.

14.2 How the Policies Work Together
The Terms of Service and all policies in this Legal Center are incorporated into one agreement. If a more specific policy conflicts with a general provision, the more specific policy controls for that subject. Checkout disclosures and written offer terms control pricing and billing details for a particular purchase.
14.3 Electronic Acceptance
Electronic acceptance, including clicking a button, checking a box, creating an account, or completing a purchase, has the same effect as a written signature to the extent permitted by law. Users should save or print a copy of the policies and purchase confirmation for their records.
14.4 Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
14.5 Entire Agreement
These policies, applicable checkout disclosures, posted membership terms, and any written supplemental agreement constitute the entire agreement concerning the Platform and replace prior discussions or representations on the same subject.
